Shipping policy

Shipping costs will be provided with your quote.

Orders of less than 10 dryers will ship via UPS Ground. Orders of 11 to 360 dryers ship by LTL Carrier, while larger orders ship by Truckload Carrier.

Replacement parts are stocked in our North Carolina warehouse, and shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 10 days of shipment, less freight, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
